This is my recipe for my favorite winter drink. The Turmeric Latte is fantastic because of the curcumin found in turmeric. It's a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant making this a healthy and tasty treat.
3 Cups Oat Milk
1 Tablespoon Ground Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger or 2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
In a small saucepan add oat milk followed by turmeric, cinnamon , ginger and honey
