Alexandra's Turmeric Latte
This is my recipe for my favorite winter drink. The Turmeric Latte is fantastic because of the curcumin found in turmeric. It's a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant making this a healthy and tasty treat.
- 3 Cups Oat Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 2 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger or 2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- In a small saucepan add oat milk followed by turmeric, cinnamon , ginger and honey
- Whisk together until warm (not boiling)
- Serve immediately
