This is my recipe for my favorite winter drink. The Turmeric Latte is fantastic because of the curcumin found in turmeric. It's a potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant making this a healthy and tasty treat. 

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Oat Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Turmeric 
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey 
  • 2 Tablespoon Freshly Grated Ginger or 2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger 

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan add oat milk followed by turmeric, cinnamon , ginger and honey
  • Whisk together until warm (not boiling) 
  • Serve immediately
